Quick Snack: Tahini Avocado! Vegan, Gluten-Free
Hi Friends! I hope you all had a lovely holiday weekend. Today I would like to take a moment to share one of my favorite go-to snacks with you. It’s so simple, there’s no recipe required!
Yep, It’s just half an avocado with a drizzle of tahini and a little salt and pepper! Avocados are full of the good kind of fat that gives you long lasting energy, so I like to have this snack in the afternoon if I feel my energy starting to drop. I also always bring avocados with me when I travel (although sometimes they turn to guacamole in my bag if I’m not careful) and tend to eat them for breakfast in a pinch.
