Today I’m excited to share another breakfast recipe featuring Neat. When I set out to make these Vegan Neat Breakfast Spanakopita I wasn’t 100% sure how the combination of flavors would work out and anticipated many rounds of recipe tasting to get it right. I’m happy to report that after just the first round I was totally thrilled with how the unique taste and texture came together.
Crunchy, crispy and soft on the inside, these spanakopita seriously hit the spot.
