It’s macro bowl time again! Ok let’s get real…it’s macro bowl time in my kitchen for about 50% of my meals.
I’ve shared my basic template for building a balanced macro bowl/plate. The combinations are deliciously endless and today I’m excited to share another variation- Vegan, Gluten-Free Macro Bowl with Lemon Tahini Dressing.
Today’s post is more of a photo inspiration than an actual recipe. In the photos below the plate is filled with lentils, sauerkraut, roasted broccoli, celery, sweet potatoes and onions then topped with lemon tahini dressing.
The dressing is super simple and I love to use it on everything from salads to roasted veggies. To make 4 portions, simply stir together the juice of 1 lemon with 3 tbs tahini and as much water as you make it smooth. Voila!
