How it works

At the beginning of each week you’ll receive a meal plan, complete with easy-to-follow recipes, shopping lists and health tips. You’ll receive recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for each day, plus two desserts a week. The recipes are all plant-based, gluten-free and made without refined sugar. You’ll be enjoying tons of fresh fruit and vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts and more.
