Homemade Vegan Brazil Nut Milk

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw brazil nuts, soaked in water at least 2 hours
  • 1 tbs agave or brown rice syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups water
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain nuts.
  2. Blend all ingredients in blender until as smooth as possible. Strain through a nut milk bag into a large bowl.
  3. Transfer to jar or other airtight storage container and refrigerate for at least an hour before using.
  4. Store in refrigerator for 2-4 days.
