Maple-Tahini Avocado Waffles, Vegan + Gluten-Free

Ingredients
  • 4 waffles (see above)
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • salt
  • optional- red pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mash avocado.
  2. In another small bowl, stir tahini and maple syrup together.
  3. Lay out waffles. Spread mashed avocado on top. Drizzle maple-tahini over everything. Sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes.
