Vegan MoFo: Peachy Green Smoothie
As many of you may know, today marks the first day of Vegan Mofo 2013, a giant collaborative blog project focused on writing about vegan food throughout the month of September. I’ll be bringing you tons of different smoothie recipes throughout the month, so let’s get out our blenders and get started with this Peachy Green Smoothie recipe!

Peachy Green Smoothie
makes 2 servings
What you’ll need:
- 2 ripe peaches
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup kale (I used lacinato kale)
- 4 ice cubes
Why Lacinato kale? What’s the difference and what is it?
Can I use dairy milk ? Do you think the taste will change ?
Hi Ania! I only use non-dairy milk so I can’t really speak to the taste. I imagine it would be similar 🙂
