Vegan Snapshot: Sage Restaurant, Brooklyn

Welcome to Vegan Snapshot, a new series where I’ll be sharing memorable (and recommendable!) vegan and gluten-free dishes from restaurants in New York City…and beyond!
Sage is a Thai restaurant in the East Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, with a unique and very veggie-friendly menu. A friend introduced me to their Pad Thai a few years ago and I’ve been a regular ever since. Below is their Coconut Curry Noodle Soup (I choose rice noodles and vegetables+tofu). I used to think this was the ideal winter dish, but it’s now the end of June and I am still all about this soup. It’s so creamy, has just the right amount of spiciness and the vegetables are generously portioned.

so where is the recipe for this beautiful Coconut Curry Noodle Soup ??
Unfortunately I don’t have the restaurant’s recipe, it’s just a review to share the dish! You’ll have to go to Sage to try it 🙂
