Healthy Holiday Cookies, Vegan & Gluten-Free

*Giveaway below!*

Is it just me or are everyone else’s pants also fitting a little tighter these days?

I usually work on recipes for the blog about a month before I post them so I’ve been in full holiday mode for quite a while now! Not that I’m complaining about celebrating the season with cookies, brownies and more cookies…but today I’m very excited to share a sweet treat that’s a little lighter.

I’ve teamed up with Better Body Foods to bring you today’s Vegan & Gluten-Free Healthy Holiday Cookies!  They’re filled wholesome ingredients that make them good enough to eat for breakfast… and delicious enough to crave them for dessert.

Instead of flour, these cookies are made with oats, LIVfit SuperfoodPBfit and Chia Seeds so they are packed with protein and fiber. I love the soft and chewy texture with the creamy peanut butter frosting (you’re going to LOVE the frostin!) on top. The recipe calls for raisins or chocolate chips but I think a combo of both is the way to go!

AND we’re giving away all the goods I mentioned above!! Head over to Instagram for your chance to win!
