The Colorful Family Table Cookbook Cover Reveal!!

Hi friends! I’m so, so excited because today is the day I finally get to share the cover of my upcoming second cookbook with you!

The Colorful Family Table: Seasonal Plant-Based Recipes for the Whole Family will be released December 3rd, 2019 (still feels so far away!) but today I get to share a tiny peek into what I’ve been working on for the past year.

Here it is! The cover of the book…

Yay! I love seeing Baby V’s tiny hand reaching for the Brussels sprout chips in the corner! That was such a fun recipe to work on because Baby V kept gobbling up every test batch and and would chant “more brusss! more brusss!”

Anywho- back to the book! It’s is organized by season, and the recipes are all plant-filled, nourishing meals (with a few decadent desserts thrown in) that the entire family will love.

All of the recipes are vegan, most are gluten-free (or GF optional) and each recipe uses simple, familiar ingredients.

The recipes in this book are so near and dear to my heart. Between Baby V’s Blueberry Smoothie and Ross’s Rainbow Kabobs, this book was truly a family effort. In the photo at the top of the page we’ve got (starting at the upper left and moving clockwise) Creamy Coconut PB Noodle Bowl, Cinnamon-Almond Hot Chocolate, Peach Summer Rolls and Kabocha Squash and Lentil Stew. I cannot wait for you and your family to try these and the other 100ish colorful, plant-based, kid-tested, everyone-approved recipes!
