2019 Holiday Gift Guide- For moms, kids, cooks and veggie lovers

It’s gift time, folks! This year I’m excited to share all of the things I’m gifting to others, want for myself or already have and love. Some are from small businesses on Etsy (so plan ahead with enough time for shipping!) and others can be on your doorstep in two days from Amazon.

Of course I need to kick this list off with my new book, The Colorful Family Table! There are still a few days left to preorder the book before it comes out on December 3rd, and when you preorder 3 or more copies I’ll send you signed, personalized bookplates for each book!

ClassPass Membership

I just started working out regularly again for the first time since Baby L was born and I’ve been using ClassPass to hit up a bunch of different studios! I did the first month $9 special and was able to do 3 Flywheel and 2 hot yoga classes. You can get that deal with this link (and I get a few class credits too, win-win!).

Handmade mug from Kira Call Ceramics

I have a mug from her collection and I am so in love with it! Her mugs make your coffee, matcha or whatever you’re drinking feel extra special everyday. She also has cute planters!

Aura Rainbow Mug from Essarai Ceramics

WOW! I stumbled across this gorgeous mug and I can’t get over how incredible all of their ceramics are! The mug is definitely a splurge item, but they do have other less expensive options in the shop.

Reusable Silicon Bags from Stasher

I am OBSESSED with these bags because they’ve helped me reduce single-use plastic in our house and have replaced plastic baggies. I use them in the girl’s lunchboxes, for snacks in my purse and to store leftover in the fridge.

Tomato Achaar from Brooklyn Delhi

I don’t even know how to describe how delish this condiment is. It adds a really unique flavor to just about anything and I especially like it on top of tofu scramble.

Four Sigmatic Mushroom Elixir with Reishi

Lately I’ve been drinking a mug of this magic potion before bed each night and it really seems to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep. Plus reishi is good for the immune system!

Fermentation Kit

If you like to make sauerkraut and pickles, these tools will make your projects a little easier. All you need are jars, veggies and salt and it’s fermentation time!

ABC’s Illustrations from Anniewitz Design

Anna designed The Plant-Based ABC’s: A Coloring Companion to TCFT (see the next item!) and she also has tons of cute prints for sale! I love these animal ABC prints for a kid’s room or baby nursery.

The Plant-Based ABC’s– a free download!

I am SO excited to offer this free coloring book as an instant bonus when you preorder The Colorful Family Table! It’s great for kids and adults, and each letter features a few ingredients that correspond to recipes in the book.

I Can Cook Vegan by Isa Chandra Moskowitz

Isa is the queen of vegan cooking. I love this book because the recipes are simple and delicious, and truly prove that anyone can cook vegan!

That’s Not My Momma’s Milk by Julia Barcalow

I got this book for Baby V because it explains where milk comes from without being graphic or frightening and she loves to read it and make the noises for each animal.

Play Kitchen for Toddlers

My mom gifted this to Baby V for her birthday last year and she’s played with it every day since. We set it up in the actual kitchen, so she likes to cook alongside me. I like that’s it’s made of wood and very durable.

The Colorful Kitchen cookbook

I almost forgot about my first book!! The book is currently included in a special on Amazon where you can get 3 books for the price of 2!
