Ingredients
  • ½ cup cold coffee
  • ¾ cup unsweetened nondairy milk
  • 1 medjool date, pitted (soak in hot water for 5 minutes if not soft)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1-3 teaspoons maple syrup, added to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve in a glass over ice.
