Vegan Coconut Cashew Cream

Ingredients
  • 1 cup raw cashews (soaked at least 4 hours)
  • 2 tbs coconut butter
  • 1-2 tbs agave
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • cold water, added as needed
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse cashews.
  2. Combine all ingredients in blender until completely smooth. Start with 1 tablespoon of water and add as needed so mixture blends smoothly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
