Vegan Sweet Lemon-Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup plain or vanilla nondairy yogurt
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • juice of 1½ fresh lemons
  • 4 pitted dates (soaked in hot water for 5 minutes if not soft)
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ¾ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Transfer to glasses to serve.
