The reason I wrote The Colorful Family Table was because I want to help get more plants onto more people’s plates. I believe that everyone can benefit from eating more plants, and I want to make it as easy and delicious as possible.
I don’t want The Colorful Family Table to become just another book with pretty pictures on your coffee table. I want to help you get into the swing of cooking delicious, plant-powered meals at home. Together, we’re going to cook our way through the book!
Oh, and it’s going to be FUN! Did I mention there are weekly prizes?
The challenge is for you if:

How it works:
- Purchase a copy of The Colorful Family Table cookbook.
- Sign up for the challenge here.
- You’ll receive a sample meal plan or you can customize your meal planner using recipes from The Colorful Family Table (and your other favorite recipes!).
- Share photos of your colorful dishes on Instagram (tag me @thecolorfulkitchen and use the hashtag #thecolorfamilytable). Every photo counts as an entry into that week’s prize raffle!
The challenge kicks off January 6th (I’ll send out all the info before then!) and runs until January 26th.
