Calling all brunch lovers!!
I’m so excited to share one of the best vegan brunch recipes I’ve tried in a very long time. Recently I did photography work for the lovely folks at Neat. I made and photographed (and ate!) their Neat French Toast recipe and I just had to share how delicious it is. It uses their egg replacer and just a few simple ingredients.
I used bread I made with Bob’s All Purpose Gluten Free Baking Flour– it turned out 99% perfect but I’m going to make just a few tweaks before I share the recipe! For a similar bread that you can slice nice and thick, I recommend their Gluten Free Homemade Wonderful Bread Mix.
